In the first two articles of this miniseries we established how MAG #6 executes the SAMP and its supporting AMPs across the three natural program layers of asset management. We examined how tailored Asset Management Objectives create both enterprise alignment and the operational freedom needed within each program. Now we turn to the dynamic elements that determine whether execution succeeds in a real-world environment: change, risk, and the need for disciplined flexibility.
This final article explores how the AM Framework, through disciplined AMP execution in MAG #6, manages these dynamics while staying anchored to the original executive commitments captured in the SAMP.
