The fourth topic in this support subsection of the Asset Management System (AMS) Behavior miniseries is communication.  One observation I like to share is that – asset management is easy, except for the people side.  The people side is only hard when communications are poor.  The reason why many people chuckle when thinking of this observation is that there is truth to it.  This article will unpack this truth and reload the communications angle through the Asset Management (AM) Framework that is a centerpiece of the AMP Newsletter and shown below:
